Chef John Hattam has been in the Culinary Arts for nearly 20 years and began his education at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco where he received his Culinary Arts degree with honors.

Chef Hattam  has served as Executive Chef  in some of the areas finest establishments such as the French Cafe and Joslyn Art Museum.  Chef John’s culinary talents have been profiled locally and nationally. His credits include,  Nation’s Restaurant News special called “What’s Hot Omaha?”, NBC’s news special “Preparing Medallions of Peacock” and even regularly in the Omaha World Herald.

Chef Hattam has the privilege of serving a variety of prestigious clientele including:  Sean Penn, Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Robert Redford, Chip Davis, Dennis Hopper and Charles Bronson.  Some of Chef Hattam’s other credits include chairing and participating in special events to help benefit local charities.

John Hattam’s culinary abilities are renowned in the Metro area and he continues to expand his food preparation horizons.
