Pricing



Price Per Person is not inclusive of rentals, labor, service charge, special permits if applicable and sales tax.

18 % Service Charge is added to the food portion of bill for all full service events.

Some sites may be subject to a facility fee.

Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving, and July 4th a service charge of 25% will be added to total bill.

Catering staff is billed at $15.00 per hr for 5 hr min.  The staff is paid travel time to and from our kitchen.

Events requiring bar service will be charged $15 per hr for each bartender.

Events with bar service require a $250 min per bar.

Parties requiring a chef will be billed at $100.00

Full Service Events require a $500 food min.

Drop off Service Available with a $250 food min.

A deposit of 40% of the estimated food bill will be required to hold  the date. 40% of the estimated food bill will become due 10 business days prior to the event. Upon commencement of the event , the balance of bill will become payable.

A final guest count is due seven business days prior to the event.
