“John and Michelle did an excellent job catering our wedding this past  September. We had been planning our event with a different caterer for over  6 months prior to our wedding. We continued to experience problems with them and lost all confidence in their ability to deliver with just one month to go.

Not only did we need a caterer to bring in and serve an entree. We also needed a caterer to manage the pre-setup and a full room transition between the ceremony and wedding in less than 40 minutes.Three weeks before the event we sat down with John for our initial meeting and he quickly put us at ease.
